遂昌碳酸盐型萤石矿选矿试验

Beneficiation Tests on Suichang Carbonate Fluorite Ore

摘要: 为了能高效利用浙江遂昌碳酸盐型萤石矿,重点从抑制剂和捕收剂入手,对该矿石进行了选矿试验。试验结果表明:通过采用自主开发的新型捕收剂KY-110和水玻璃+腐植酸钠组合抑制剂,可成功实现萤石与方解石的浮选分离,经1次粗选、1次扫选、7次精选闭路试验,获得的萤石精矿CaF2品位达97.11%,CaO含量为0.96%,CaF2回收率为69.90%。

Abstract: In order to efficiently make use of carbonate fluorite in Suichang of Zhejiang, the inhibitor and collector were studied with to carry out the beneficiation tests for the ore. The results showed that the flotation separation of fluorite and calcite was successfully achieved by adopting the combining inhibitors of new self-developed collector KY-110 and sodium silicate + humic acid inhibitors. Through the closed-circuit process of one roughing-one scavenging-seven cleaning, fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.11%, CaO content of 0.96%, CaF2 recovery of 69.90% was obtained.
