云南某含磷赤褐铁矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 云南某铁矿石性质复杂,有用矿物主要为赤铁矿、褐铁矿,磷含量较高,嵌布粒度细且不均匀,部分磷以类质同象形式赋存于铁矿中,采用阶段磨矿—阶段选别的磁选、重选联合工艺流程,可获得铁品位为59.01%、回收率为61.06%, 磷含量为0.34%的铁精矿。

Abstract: An iron ore in Yunnan has complex properties, the useful mineral are mainly for hematite,limonite,phosphorus content is higher, fine disseminated extent and uneven,some of phosphorus occurs in iron ore in the form of isomorphism.Using magnetic separation and gravity separation joint flowsheet with staged grinding-staged separation, available for iron grade is 59.01% , recovery is 61.06%,0.34% P content of iron concentrate.
