膨润土的有机改性及吸附性能

摘要: 以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为改性剂制得有机膨润土,通过X射线衍射图谱分析了有机膨润土的结构,研究了该有机膨润土对亚甲基蓝的吸附效果,结果表明:在浓度为40 mg/L的200 mL亚甲基蓝弱酸性溶液中,加入2 g有机膨润土,常温下震荡吸附40 min,亚甲基蓝的去除率可达到98.69%,远好于钙基膨润土的吸附效果,因此,有机膨润土对亚甲基蓝具有较强的吸附能力。

Abstract: Organic-bentonite was prepared by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB) as modifier.Its microstructure were characterized by XRD.The adsorption of organic-bentonite on methylene blue was studied.The results showed that the adsorptive percentage of methylene blue reached 98.69% under the condition of adsorption:thickness of methylene blue is 40 mg/L,the dosage of wastewater and organic-bentonite respective is 200 mL and 2 g,at weakly acidic and  reaction time is 40min in room temperature and weakly acidic .The performance of organic-bentonite for adsorption of the methylene blue is better than Ca-bentonite.The adsorption ability  of organic-bentonite is strong.
