硫尾矿的弱磁精还原焙烧同步脱硫研究

摘要: 以内蒙古某硫尾矿的弱磁精为研究对象,进行了添加助熔剂的直接还原焙烧—磁选试验。研究了还原剂种类与用量、助熔剂种类与用量、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对还原铁产品的影响。结果表明,无烟煤与CCD组合,降硫效果更突出,可得到铁品位为93.57%、铁回收率为70.42%、硫含量为0.12%的还原铁产品;惠民煤与SH组合,提铁效果更突出,可得到铁品位为94.62%、铁回收率为82.01%、硫含量为0.39%的还原铁产品。

Abstract: With an Inner Mongolia low intensity magnetic concentrate of suiphur tailings as the sample,testing the add flux direct reduction roasting-magnetic separation.The effects of type and dosage of reducing agent,flux type and dosage,baking temperature,baking time factors on the direct reduced iron products were investigated.The results show that the combination of anthracite and CCD has a great influence on dropping sulfur effect,which can get iron grade of 93.57%,iron recovery of 70.42% and sulfur content of 0.12% for the direct reduced iron products; The combination of Huimin coal and SH has an outstanding effect on iron effect ,which can get iron grade of 94.62%,iron recovery of 82.01% and sulfur content of 0.39% for the direct reduced iron products.
