后观音山铁矿采场结构参数优化研究

摘要: 基于后观音山铁矿的工程实例,采用大型有限元分析软件——MIDAS GTS对矿体典型采场顶板的稳定性及采空区对采场围岩力学状态的影响进行数值模拟、非线性分析。对5种典型采场结构模型的模拟结果进行了比较分析,根据分析结果结合采掘效率和开采成本等因素最终确定了采场最优结构参数,即6 m矿柱,8 m矿房。在后观音山采场的实际应用表明,该方法是一种采场结构参数快速优化的新方法,有很好的实用价值。

Abstract: Based on the mining project case of Houguanyin Mountain Iron Mine, the numerical simulations and nonlinear analysis on the stability of typical stope roof and the effects created by goaf on rock mechanical status in orebody are made by using large-scale finite element software MIDAS GTS.Compared with the simulated results of five kinds of typical stope structure mode,the optimal structure parameters of stope is determined according to the excavation efficiency and other factors like mining cost.The practical application in Houguanyin Mountain stope demonstrated that this method was a new way to rapidly optimize stope structure parameters,owning a considerable practical value.
