土壤固化剂固结高泥全尾砂的充填特性研究

摘要: 基于土壤固化剂在路基工程中的成功应用,将其引入到胶结高泥全尾砂的矿山充填系统中。通过一系列的充填对比试验,验证了土壤固化剂固结高泥全尾砂的良好固泥效果及其良好的充填输送特性,为在充填中高泥全尾砂的直接利用提供了技术支持,从而简化了充填工艺流程,实现了尾砂的零排放。

Abstract: Based on the successful application of the soil stabilizer in the roadbed engineering,the paper introduced the soil stabilizer to the mine tailings filled system to cement the high clay tailings.A series of comparative tests of filling verified the soil stabilizer's good effects on cementing mud and its good filling transmission characteristics,which provided the technical support for the direct use of the high mud tailings.Through this way,the filling process could be simplified and zero emissions of tailings were achieved.
