摘要: 在细菌纯培养及细菌浸出某高硫铜矿过程中,考察了不同萃取剂等有机物和杂质离子Fe2+对细菌活性的影响规律以及对铜浸出效率的影响。研究结果表明:萃取剂对浸矿微生物的生长和氧化活性具有很强的抑制作用;随着细菌活性的变化,铜浸出率亦随之变化。因此,调节浸出液中有机物和铁离子浓度,保证细菌活性,可有效地提高浸出效率。

Abstract: The influence of different concentrations of all kinds of extractant and ferrous ion on the growth and activity of acidophilic microorganisms and copper bioleaching rate were studied during bacteria cultivating and bioleaching.The results show that bacteria numbers and activity are restrained when extractant is added.The copper leaching rate is changed as bacteria activity.The bioleaching rate will be increased on the condition of bacteria activity by adjusting concentration of extractant and ferrous ion in bioleching solution.
