振动筛工作参数对筛分效率影响的有限元分析

摘要: 以YD2000型振动筛为对象,按正交试验法对不同工作参数组合下振动筛筛体的运动状态进行有限元数值模拟;通过研究对比模拟出的筛体运动轨迹的形状和扫描面积,得出使YD2000型振动筛筛分效率最大化的的工作参数组合应为激振力38 kN、支撑弹簧刚度18.47 kg/mm、激振力与水平面夹角20°、支撑弹簧夹角60°。采用该参数组合对实际YD2000型振动筛进行改进,使筛子的处理能力提高了21%。

Abstract: Based on the YD2000 vibrating screen, used orthogonal test to finite element numerical simulate the actual work of vibrating screen under different working parameters assembly. By contrast research simulated the scanning area and shape of motion trajectory of screen frame. The results show that the best screening efficiency will be obtained under the excitation force 38 kN, support spring stiffness 18.67 kg/mm, exciting force direction and the horizontal angle of 20° and support spring angle into 60°. Use these parameters to reform the YD2000 vibrating screen  which can improve the treatment capacity 21%.
