河南某钼尾矿中白钨的浮选回收试验

摘要: 为回收河南某钼尾矿中的白钨,采用预先分级—+0.15 mm粗粒级再磨—1粗1扫脱硫浮选—1粗1扫1精常温钨浮选—1粗3扫5精加温钨浮选流程对该尾矿进行了浮选试验,获得了WO3品位为60.14%、WO3回收率为77.78%的钨精矿。仅粗粒级再磨避免了次生矿泥的产生和钨矿物的过粉碎,加温时加入抑制剂LY使含钙类脉石矿物得到了更好的抑制,这些手段为获得较好的试验指标提供了保障。

Abstract: In order to recover the scheelite from molybdenum tailings, adopted the process of  pre-classification-+0.15 mm coarse fraction regrinding-one roughing one scavenging flotation desulfurization-one roughing one scavenging one cleaning flotation scheelite under normal temperature-one roughing three scavenging five cleaning heating flotation scheelite, got the tungsten concentrate with grade of WO3 at 60.14%, recovery of WO3 at 77.78%. Coarse fraction regrinding avoids the production of slime and over crushing of scheelite, adding the LY inhibitor can inhibit the gangue containing calcium. These measures ensure the test get better indexes.
