下盘无台阶边坡开采工艺在新桥露天矿的应用

摘要: 针对新桥矿床地质情况和开采技术条件,突破常规露天开采设计,在国内首次采用下盘无台阶边坡开采工艺,形成了176 m高的光帮边坡;并对光帮边坡稳定性开展了研究,采取了一系列防治措施,解决了高陡边坡稳定性难题。多年实践表明,下盘无台阶边坡开采工艺在新桥矿的应用是成功的,取得了良好经济效果,可为类似矿山开采提供借鉴。

Abstract: Based on the geological and mining conditions,footwall benchless mining method for open-pits is firstly used in china,instead of the conventional open-pit mining design.176m high slope is created in Xinqiao open pit mine,and then high slope stability is studied.A series of measures are adopted in order to solve the problem of the stability of high and steep slope.Practices for many years in Xinqiao Mine indicate that the application of footwall benchless mining method for open-pits in Xinqiao Mine is successful,with good economic effects achieved.It can provide a reference for the exploration of similar mines.
