“三软”煤体复杂多变复合顶板煤巷动态支护技术

摘要: 针对“三软”煤巷支护难题,分析其围岩变形破坏特性、围岩和支护体的相互作用关系,特别是围岩对支护的动态力学响应等问题,从最优支护方案、最佳支护时间、后期补强等巷道支护全过程出发,提出以左旋高强预应力锚杆、M型钢带、超高强让压锚索、锚索梁等新型高强支护方式为关键技术手段的动态支护技术。该支护技术在枣园煤矿22071机巷得到了成功应用,可为相类似煤层巷道提供参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of supporting for coal roadway in “three soft” coal seam,the deformation and fracture characters of surrounding rock and the interaction relationship between the surrounding rock and the support are analyzed,especially the problem of dynamic mechanical response to the support from the surrounding rock and so on.The dynamic support technology which takes new high-strength support methods including left-lateral high-strength pre-stressed anchor and m-shape steel strip and ultra high strength yield anchor cable and anchor cable beam and so on as key technologies are put forward from the whole process including the optimal supporting scheme and the optimal supporting time and the late reinforcement.This supporting technology has been applied successfully in 22071 roadway in Zaoyuan coal mine and can be served as a reference to the similar seam roadway.
