充填料浆的配比试验研究

摘要: 为了使某铁矿采空区充填时不设回水设备又不能跑浆,所以必须保证充填料浆在短时间内达到乳化状态。通过对充填料浆添加水玻璃来改变浆体的乳化时间,并通过砂浆流变试验和注模试验分析了不同浓度,不同灰砂比下的砂浆的流动性及强度变化规律。最终考虑流变特性、抗压强度和乳化时间3个影响因素,确定为浓度50%,灰砂比1∶〖8,水玻璃添加剂1∶116。

Abstract: To make the worked-out section of an iron ore have no back water equipment and can not leak out slurry,we should ensure the backfilling pulp emulsify timely.This study by using the method of adding the water glass to the slurry and changing it’s emulsion time, and also by the mortar rheological test and injection-mold test, we can know the mobility and compressive strength in different concentrations and different cement-sand ratio.Finally, we identified the slurry concentration of 50%,cement-sand ratio of 1∶8 and water glass ratio of 1∶116 as the best ratio according to three factors of rheological properties, compressive strength and emulsifying time.
