印尼某海滨砂铁矿选矿试验研究

摘要: 为了给国内某企业开发印尼某海滨砂铁矿资源提供技术依据,采用磨矿—弱磁选流程和预选抛尾—分级—磨矿—弱磁选流程对该矿矿样进行了选矿试验,前者获得了Fe品位为55.31%、TiO2含量为9.32%、Fe回收率为87.29%的铁精矿,后者获得了Fe品位为54.62%、TiO2含量为9.49%、Fe回收率为88.35%的铁精矿。两流程相比,铁精矿指标相近,但后者可减少占原矿37.73%的磨矿量和占原矿7.16%的末段磁选量,故将其作为推荐流程。

Abstract: In order to provide a technical basis to explore the resources of iron sands from Indonesh for a domestic enterprise, beneficiation tests of grinding ore-low intensity magnetic separation test and flow sheet of pre-discarding tailings-classification-grinding ore-low intensity magnetic separation were carried out. Then, an iron concentrate with TiO2 grade of 9.32%, Fe grade and recovery of 55.31% and 87.29% was obtained in the former test, and an iron concentrate with TiO2 grade of 9.49%, Fe grade and recovery of 54.62% and 88.35% was obtained in the latter test. Contrasting the two beneficiation flow sheets, index of rail concentrates is similar,but the latter can reduce not only 37.73% of the grinding of the crude ore but also7.16% of the terminal magnetic separation of the crude ore, so it is taken as recommended beneficiation flow sheet.
