镍黄铁矿和黄铜矿无捕收剂电位调控浮选分离

摘要: 为寻求镍黄铁矿和黄铜矿浮选分离的有效方法,通过单矿物试验研究了两种矿物在无捕收剂条件下的电位调控浮选行为。结果表明,将矿浆电位控制在合适的区间,只需添加起泡剂即可较好地实现两种矿物的浮选分离:pH为4.21时,合适的电位区间为-550~-750 mV或250~450 mV;pH为10.27时,合适的电位区间为-200~400 mV。

Abstract: In order to finding an effective way to separate pentlandite and chalcopyrite, the flotation behaviors of pentlandite and chalcopyrite potential adjustment without collector have been investigated.Results demonstrate that pentlandite and chalcopyrite will effective sparated just by frother when the pulp potential controled in the suitable range pulp.When pulp pH is 4.21, the approptate separation potenial range of synchronous flotatation is -550~-750 mV or 250~450 mV, and when pulp pH is 10.27, the approptate pulp potenial range of synchronous flotatation is -200~400 mV.
