锌浸渣的浮选高硫产品中硫磺与闪锌矿的分离

Study on Separating Sulfur from Sphalerite in Leached Zinc Residue After Floatation

摘要: 针对广东某冶炼厂锌加压浸出渣浮选后的高硫产品,采用抑锌浮硫工艺,以硫化钠和OL-IID为抑制剂、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂进行硫磺与闪锌矿的浮选分离,经1次粗选、2次扫选、4次精浮,最终得到硫品位为92.23%、含锌2.45%的硫磺精矿,以及锌品位为12.97%、含硫73.10%的锌精矿。与现有工艺相比,锌与硫得到了有效的分离与回收。

Abstract: Based on a kind of high sulphur products pressure-leached from zinc by means of sulphur preferential floatation,with interaction of sodium sulfide and OL-IID, as the depressant, and hexametaphosphate, as the despersing agent,carriedout the floatation separation of sulfur from sphalerite.Through the process of single-stage roughing, two-stage scavenging and four-stage cleaning, and eventually, the sulfur and zinc concentration  respectively contain 92.23% of sulfur with 2.45% of zinc, and 73.10% of sulfur with 12.97% of zinc,The Zinc and sulfur get effective separation and recovery compared to current process.
