摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据矿产资源投资理论、风险评估理论，通过专家调查方式确定了海外投资风险指标体系，将德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合构建AHP模型进行风险评估，并且进行了实证研究。该模型不仅可以使投资者充分利用专家经验进行定性分析，还可以对风险定量评估，实现最佳方案的选择。

Abstract: Based on the theory of mineral resources investment，risk assessment，the overseas investment risk index system is determined via investigation by the experts.The model of risk assessment is established by Delphi method and AHP method and verified by the practice.This model not only enables investors to make use of expertise for qualitative analysis，but makes the quantitative risk assessment to get the optimal choice.
