黑山铁矿挂帮矿回采对西加固边坡岩体的扰动模式

摘要: 黑山铁矿处于露天转地下开采阶段,该矿西帮为加固帮,挂帮矿体厚大,回采主要采用无底柱分段崩落法。能够顺利诱导顶板围岩冒落形成覆盖层,探明岩体边坡的失稳滑坡模式是矿山需解决的问题。为此,根据现场原位试验得到岩石的点荷载强度指标,利用三维不接触结构面测量Shape Metrix 3D系统对黑山铁矿西帮边坡结构面进行扫描处理,根据广义的Hoek-Brown计算准则得到边坡岩体的强度参数指标,通过建立RFPA数值模型,研究了西帮矿体回采对边坡岩体的扰动规律,定性给出了边坡的滑坡模式,为黑山铁矿露天转地下安全生产提供了依据。

Abstract: Heishan open pit mine has turned into underground mine. The hanging-wall ore in western reinforced slope is a large size ore body,which would be mine by pillarless sublevel caving method. The process would disturb the stability of the rock mass. Studies should be made on the behavior of slope deformation and the formation of overburden cover. Based on the data from tests of 3D contact-free measuring system and point load instrument system upon the complex slope conditions in western area of Heishan open-pit mine,the generalized Hoek-Brown criterion is applied to estimate the deformation and strength parameters of jointed rock masses. Then the behavior of rock mass and instability of the slope is analyzed using RFPA,and it has important instructive meaning.
