摘要: 针对丹东某低品位硼镁石矿石的特点,以氢氧化钠为pH调整剂、油酸钠为捕收剂、自行复配的FLM3为抑制剂进行浮选试验,在原矿B2O3品位为6.72%的情况下,经过1次粗选、2次精选和1次扫选,获得了产率为37.66%、B2O3品位为12.65%、B2O3回收率为70.88%的硼精矿。试验结果为该硼镁石资源的开发提供了技术依据

Abstract: In view of characteristics of low grade ascharite ore in Dandong, the study on flotation is carried out using sodium hydroxide as pH adjustment agent, sodium oleate as collector and compound agent FLM3 as inhibitor. In the crude ore B2O3 grade of 6.72%, the final concentrate grade of closed product is 12.65%, concentrate yields is 37.66%, and concentrate recovery is 70.88% by adopting a circuit of one roughing, two concentrating and one scavenging. The test index provides a basis for reasonably recovering these mineral resources.
