助浸剂对攀钢钒尾渣酸浸提钒的影响

Effect of Helper Leaching Agent on Acidic Leaching for Vanadium Extraction from Extracted Vanadium Residue from Panzhihua Vanadium Dregs

摘要: 以攀钢钒渣提钒尾渣为原料,采用硫酸+助浸剂体系进行了浸出提钒试验研究。结果表明:硫酸和助浸剂C混合浸出可以更好地打开对钒的包裹,促进H+的反应和钒的浸出,在助浸剂C用量4%,硫酸体积浓度15%,液固比1.5 mL/g,浸出温度90 ℃、浸出时间2 h条件下,钒的浸出率可达73%,跟直接酸浸相比,钒浸出率提高了18个百分点,达到了较理想的浸出效果。

Abstract: Taking extracted vanadium residue from Panzhihua vanadium dregs as raw  material,using the system of sulfuric acid and helper leaching agent to conduct  the experimental research of the acid leaching to extract the vanadium. The  results  show that mixed sulfuric acid and helper leaching agnet C can destroy  the wrapping of vanadium, and promote the H+ reaction and leaching vanadium.  Under the conditions of helper leaching agent C dosage 4%, sulfuric acid  concentration 15%, liquid to solid ratio 1.5 mL/g, leaching temperature 90 ℃ and  leaching time 2h, the leaching rate of vanadium is 73% and 18 percent poits  higher than direct acid leaching technology. The leaching results are ideal.
