基于ANSYS的立式辊磨机磨盘优化设计

摘要: 应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对LM8×2型立式辊磨机的主要零部件之一磨盘进行优化设计。首先对磨盘进行拓扑优化,明确磨盘的最佳外形及主要优化尺寸,确定磨盘的优化方向;然后根据拓扑优化得出的结果对磨盘进行尺寸优化,在尽量保持磨盘最大应力和最大位移不变的前提下,尽可能地减小磨盘的质量。研究结果显示:优化后,在最大应力和最大形变基本不变的情况下,磨盘的质量减少了3.332 t。

Abstract: Carried out the research into optimized design to abrasive wheel that is one of the main parts of the LM8×2 vertical roller mill by ANSYS.First, carried on topology optimization to abrasive wheel, definition the best shape and major optimized dimensions, and determined the direction of the optimization of the abrasive wheel.Later, according to the data of abbrasive wheel about topology optimization carried on size optimization, trying to keep constant of maximum stress and displacement of abbrasive wheel, as far as possible the reduction of the weight of abbrasive wheel.Analysis results show that the weight of the applications reduce for 3.332 t at least, under keep constant of maximum stress and displacement condition.
