采空区声发射实时监测系统研究

摘要: 基于长期对鄂东地区小型地下矿山采空区稳定性的监测实践,研发了采空区声发射实时监测系统,具有设备费用低、可通过IE界面实时管理和实时预测、避免人工对数据的干预等优点。该系统包括WUST岩体声发射监测仪和监测系统管理平台两部分。仪器监测数据可通过XBEE无线网络、有线直连网络或人工3种方式传输到上位机,并通过上位机上的监测系统管理平台对岩体声发射实时数据分析处理,预报采空区稳定性。管理人员还可使用网页浏览器远程登录,通过实时监测曲线和数据查询,对采空区异常情况做出及时处理。

Abstract: Development of Real-time AE monitoring system is based on practice of long-term AE monitoring goafs in small underground mines of eastern Hubei.The low cost instrument has such function: managing the system via IE interface, collecting AE signals in real time and removing manual fake data input with ROM data storage.The system is composed of a WUST AE instrument and a platform of data collection and analysis.Data can be transmitted not only through the network of XBEE wireless and wire direction connection but also manual carry to a host computer.Data analysis of the platform may predict stability of goafs.Managers can log in the system via a web browser and make a timely response to abnormal situations of goafs.
