一种井下新型空气压缩人工制冷系统

摘要: 以工程热力学与传热学的理论为基础,结合井下实际情况提出一种新型人工制冷系统。该制冷系统由一套空气压缩制冷装置及换热水袋组成,袋内有蛇形布置的空气管,工质空气在管内流动,并借助其他制冷装置完成工作循环。巷道围岩上覆盖一层保温隔热材料,换热水袋安装在这层保温材料之上。该系统不仅能通过井下风流与换热水袋的对流换热降低风流温度,而且有效阻隔了围岩散热,并将高温围岩与人体间的辐射换热转变成低温的换热水袋与人体间的辐射换热,因此制冷效果更好。制冷工质空气本身廉价且无毒害。

Abstract: A new type of artificial refrigeration system is proposed based on engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer theory, it combined with the actual situation of underground mine.The cooling system consists of a set of air-compression refrigeration device and many heat exchanger hydrations.There is an air pipe in the hydration in serpentine way, and air flows in the pipe, with other cooling device to complete the work cycle.Surrounding rock covered by a layer of thermal insulation materials, and the heat exchanger hydrations installed on the top of this layer of insulation material.The system not only reduces the airflow temperature through convective heat transfer between underground airflow and the heat exchanger hydrations, but also effective barrier surrounding rock heat.Change radioactive heat transfer between the high-temperature surrounding rock and the human bodies into radioactive heat transfer between the low temperature heat exchanger hydrations and the human bodies.Therefore, the cooling effect is good.Refrigerant air itself is cheap and non-toxic.
