用新型抑制剂Yn对某难选铜锌矿石抑锌浮铜

Inhibiting Zinc Floating Copper to a Refractory Cu-Zn Ore by New Type Inhibitor Yn

摘要: 广西某待开发难选铜锌矿石将来拟采用铜锌依次浮选工艺流程进行选别。由于矿石中一部分锌矿物与铜矿物可浮性相近,为了能取得较好的优先浮铜效果,采用一种新型小分子有机抑制剂Yn与酯类捕收剂Z-200配合进行了抑锌浮铜试验,获得了铜品位为23.15%、铜回收率为78.24%、锌含量为5.61%的铜精矿,与采用ZnSO4+Na2SO3为抑制剂相比,铜精矿铜品位和铜回收率分别提高4.59和8.83个百分点、锌含量降低2.61个百分点。

Abstract: A refractory Cu-Zn plans to be developed by selective followed flotation technology from Guangxi.As part of the zinc and copper minerals floatability similar, in order to obtain a better test indicators, combined using small molecule organic inhibitors Yn and collector Z-200 to carry out the closed-circuit test, obtained the copper concentrate with copper 23.15% and recovery rate of 78.24%, zinc grade 5.61%, comparing to inhibitors ZnSO4+Na2SO3, copper grade and copper recovery were increased by 4.59 percentage points and 8.83 percentage points, lower 2.61 percentage points of zinc of copper concentrate.
