三道庄露天矿多矿种综合配矿动态管理信息系统

摘要: 针对三道庄露天矿目前多矿种配矿问题,应用GPS、GIS、GPRS技术,设计实现了配矿动态管理系统。该系统能够根据矿山生产中对钼钨2种金属入选品位的要求,自动获取电铲装矿品位信息,通过线性规划模型,实现班生产配矿计划的自动生成和配矿任务的智能分配。实际应用表明,该系统性能稳定,能够满足三道庄露天矿配矿要求。

Abstract: In view of multiple kinds of minerals participating in ore blending at present in Sandaozhuang open pit, the dynamic management system of ore blending involved Molybdenum and Tungsten in Sandaozhuang open pit has designed and realized using GIS, GPS and GPRS.According to the milling grade of Molybdenum and Tungsten in production process, the system can automatically obtain the grades of ore loaded on the shovel, and realize the automatic generation of everyday ore blending production plan and the intelligent distribution of ore blending task.Experiments on real scenes show that this system's performance is stable, and it can satisfy production request of ore blending in Sandaozhuang open-pit mine.
