自然崩落法在厚大破碎矿体中的应用

摘要: 自然崩落法是云南省某铜钼矿成本最低的一种地下采矿方法。利用岩石质量指标(RQD)以及岩体自重应力场这2个指标对矿体的可崩性进行研究,确定了采用自然崩落法进行矿体的开采;采用浅孔与中深孔相结合的落矿方式进行出矿,另外采用锚喷支护、支设原木支架以及优化拉底结构相结合的方式进行地压控制;提高了矿岩的自稳性,增加了顶板和上盘围岩允许暴露面积,提高了放矿效率,增强了采矿作业的安全性,增强了地压控制、施工及供矿等方面的管理经验。

Abstract: The natural caving method is an underground mining method with the lowest cost in a Copper and Molybdenum mine.Two indexes-rock quality designation and gravity stress field of rock mass were used to research the cavability of the mine, and the natural caving method to exploit the mine were determined.Combine the yield way of shallow holes and medium-length holes to remove the ore, and employ the combination of spray support, setting spot holder, and optimizing pull bottom structure to control the ground pressure.Fabulous effects are achieved with the application of this method.This method improves ore rock stability, increases the allowed exposed area of the roof and hanging wall, improves ore drawing efficiency, enhances mining operations security, and enhances the management experience of the ground pressure controlling, construction and ore supplying.
