三维结构在受动压影响巷道中的应用

摘要: 通过分析动压巷道破坏机理与支护原则,并针对淮北矿Ⅳ下部车场受动压影响的特点,研究和设计了巷道三维钢筋网架锚喷支护新结构。该支护结构可大幅度提高喷层的抗弯能力,而且支架整体具有一定的可缩性,从而使这种支护结构能承受较大的变形地压和动压荷载,有效地控制了动压巷道的失稳问题,实现了巷道1次返修成功。

Abstract: The dynamic pressure heading damage mechanism and supporting principle was analysis, and through the Ⅳ 3 Huaibei by dynamic pressure influence wheel-driven, the characteristics of the steel grids tunnel 3D bolt-shotcrete support new structure was research and design.This supporting structure has greatly improved spray layer, and the bending capacity overall has certain shrink retractable, thus the supporting structure can bear larger deformation pressure and dynamic pressure load.It effectively controls the dynamic pressure of tunnel instability problems, and a repair tunnel success is realized.
