特大断面开切眼分次掘进支护参数优化

摘要: 随着越来越多的5~7 m煤层逐步采用一次采全高工艺开采,特大断面开切眼在煤矿中逐步被采用,因此研究特大断面开切眼支护及掘进技术是成功实施该项工艺技术的关键之一。结合潞安集团某矿实际工作面特大断面开切眼的实际生产地质情况,提出了采用锚网索加挑棚和木垛联合支护的方案,并应用三维数值计算方法对特大断面锚杆支护参数进行优化设计,通过现场实际监测验证支护方案的合理性。结果表明,该支护方案是合理可靠的,可以完全满足安全生产的需要,为类似条件下的大断面巷道支护提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract: As more and more 5~7 m coal seam adopting gradually coal mining with all height at one time, the technology of large-section open-off cut is gradually adopted.So the study of large-section open-off cut supporting and driving technology is the key of the implementation of this technology.According to the specific geological characteristics of large-section open-off cut on the working face of Luan group coal mine, a support scheme using the bolt-steel mesh-anchor combined support was proposed.With the three-dimensional numerical calculation method, the rational supporting parameters are determined.In order to verify the rationality of supporting scheme, the actual monitoring was conducted.The results show that the supporting scheme is reasonable and reliable.It can fully meet the need of safe production, and it also provides reference for the similar conditions
