弧面底尖缩溜槽与普通尖缩溜槽选钛效果对比

Effect Comparison Study on Ilmenite Separation of Common Pinched Sluice and Arc Bottom Pinched Sluice

摘要: 在分析普通平面槽底尖缩溜槽所存在弊端的基础上,制作了槽底为弧形曲面、重矿物排矿方式为槽底开缝截取的弧面底尖缩溜槽,并采用弧面底尖缩溜槽和普通尖缩溜槽对四川某钛铁矿矿样进行了1段粗选对比试验。试验结果表明,在精矿钛品位相近的情况下,弧面底尖缩溜槽的钛回收率比普通溜槽高11.22个百分点,选别效果得到明显改善。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of some problems in the common pinched sluice, the new arc bottom pinched sluice is produced by changing the methods of cutting minerals as opening wide mouth in bottom for heavy minerals, and changing the shape of the pinched sluice bottom as curved surface. With use of the common pinched sluice and the new arc bottom pinched sluice, the one-stage coarse contrast experiments on a Sichuan ilmenite ore sample are made. The tests results indicated that the ilmenite concentrate recovery of arc bottom pinched sluice is higher 11.22% than that of common pinched sluice when ilmenite concentrate grade of them is similar, so the separation effect is improved markedly.
