从碎云母尾矿中回收铁及独居石锆石的选矿试验

摘要: 以河北省灵寿县某碎云母矿石的风选尾矿为对象,进行了综合回收其中铁矿物、独居石和锆石的选矿试验。结果表明,将该尾矿先通过摇床重选分离出重砂,对重砂采用弱磁选—湿式强磁选—干式强磁选—摇床重选联合工艺流程进行选别,可获得铁品位为60.86%的铁精矿、REO品位为61.13%的独居石精矿和(Zr,Hf)O2品位为60.38%的锆石精矿,3种精矿的金属回收率分别为74.27%、70.36%和65.64%。

Abstract: Taking the tailings of crushed mica mine by wind in Lingshou county, Hebei province as a case, the beneficiation tests to make comprehensive recycling of iron minerals, monazite and zircon were made. The results showed that heavy minerals were concentrated by the cleaning table from the tailings, and the heavy minerals were concentrated by the joint process of low intensity magnetic separation-wet high intensity magnetic separation-dry high intensity magnetic separation-gravity separation by tabling. Then, Iron concentrate with Fe grade of 60.86% and recovery of 74.27%, monazite concentrate with REO grade of 61.13% and recovery of 70.36%, and zircon concentrate with (Zr,Hf)O2 grade of 60.38% and recovery of 65.64% were obtained respectively.
