临空区煤柱内布置巷道的顶板动压危险分析与控制对策

摘要: 针对砚北煤矿2502采区250204上工作面回风顺槽与已回采的250205上工作面留设20 m煤柱,将造成250204上工作面回采期间冲击危险性增大和巷道掘进维护困难的现状,通过模拟分析留设不同宽度煤柱及煤柱卸压前后的应力云图和煤体支承压力曲线,确定了250204上工作面安全回采的巷道布置方法和新掘巷道留设煤柱的合理尺寸,实现了巷道的安全施工,为以后采区的布置和煤柱的留设提供了参考。

Abstract: This paper focus on 20 meters coal pillars between working face upper 250205 tail entry and working face upper 250204 in mining area 2502 of Yanbei Coal Mine which will induce the danger of rock burst and roadway tunneling and maintaining difficulties. The simulation is made to analyze stress cloud images and bearing pressure curve before and after pressure relief with different coal pillar size. Finally,the roadway layout of working face 250204 and the rational coal pillar size are confirmed,realizing the safety of roadway tunneling,which offer a reference for the layout of mining area and the arrangement of coal pillar in the future.
