软岩巷道刚性二次支护技术的应用

摘要: 针对不受采动影响的司家营铁矿斜坡道属软岩巷道的特点,提出了一次锚喷网—二次槽钢棚架刚性支护技术。详细介绍了该斜坡道支护技术的原理及工艺,并加以总结和探讨。实践证明,该技术对于提高软岩井巷施工速度、安全性以及经济效益方面效果明显,对软岩巷道巷道支护有良好的借鉴作用。

关键词: 软岩巷道, 锚喷网, 槽钢棚架, 二次支护

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of soft rock tunnel in the slope road of Sijiaying Iron Mine that is not impacted by mining,the technology of once shotcrete rockbolt mesh-secondary channel steel trellis is put forward for rigid support. This paper introduced the principle and technology of the support in this slope road in detail,and the summarization and discussion on this issue are made. The practice proved that the technology is obviously good for improving the construction speed,security and economic benefits of soft rock tunnel. It provides a good reference for the support of soft rock tunnel.
