Abstract: The laterite ore exists in tropic areas，where there have plenty of rainfalls and high moisture of soil layer，so it is difficult to build and maintain the access-roads to mining areas，thus resulting in difficulty to ore drawing. Based on this problem，the “compacting road base and padding road base box” mining method is conducted，which can solve the above problem effectively and achieve continuous and stable ore removal. At the same time，the mining efficiency is increased and the costs are reduced without the secondary ore dilution.
