摘要: 分别从料浆浓度、输送流速、管道直径3个方面建立不同有限元模型,对管道输送的参数进行对比分析。分析结果表明:78%的料浆浓度为充填管道输送的最大浓度;深井充填时,小直径充填管有利于充填料浆满管输送,同时应加厚充填弯管处的内壁。

Abstract: From the pulp density transportation,pipe diameter and velocity,respectively,a finite element model different from filling slurry pipeline pressure to influence factors,the pipe to the parameters of the comparative analysis.The analysis results show that 78% of the pulp concentration for filling the maximum concentration of pipe,deep well filling,small diameter filling tube to filling slurry pipe full,and thicken filling tube bending place wall.
