某矿全尾废石混合处置体性能研究

摘要: 通过单轴压缩、凝结时间及塌落度试验,研究了某矿全尾废石混合处置体的性能与灰砂比及料浆浓度之间的关系规律。试验结果表明:混合处置体抗压强度主要与灰砂比相关,与料浆浓度关系不大,而凝结时间、塌落度及扩散度主要与料浆浓度相关,与灰砂比几乎没有关系;混合处置体的28 d抗压强度应介于1.0~2.0 MPa,灰砂比应小于1∶12,质量浓度应取81%~83%。

Abstract: This paper conducts tests of uniaxial compression,setting time and collapsed slump with mixed disposal paste and expatiates on the relationship of mixed disposal paste properties with cement-sand ratio and concentration of solution.The test results show compressive strength of mixed disposal paste is mainly related to cement-sand ratio and has little relation with concentration of solution.Setting time,collapsed slump and diffusion degree are main related to concentration of solution and have little relation with cement-sand ratio.Compressive strength of mixed disposal paste in the 28 d should be between 1.0 and 2.0 MPa,cement-sand ratio should be less than 1∶12 and concentration should be between 81% and 83%.
