和睦山矿采矿方法的改进

摘要: 和睦山矿采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿方法,矿房回采到一定阶段形成一定空区后,采场出现顶板冒落、矿柱垮塌等现象,导致矿区矿石贫化率大,回采率低。通过分析,矿区矿岩稳定性差是造成采场顶板冒落、矿柱垮塌的主要原因,采用上向水平进路充填采矿法能有效降低矿石贫化率,提高矿石回采率。

Abstract: The sublevel open stoping with subsequent backfilling is adopted in Hemushan Mine.Since some mined-out areas are formed after the room is mined to be a certain stage, the roof caving and pillar collapse happened, resulting in high ore dilution rate and low the recovery rate.Through analysis, poor ore-rock stability is the main factor of causing the roof caving and pillar collapse.The upward horizontal stoping with backfill can effectively reduce ore dilution and improve ore recovery.
