提高会泽铅锌矿选矿回收率方法探讨

摘要: 通过对矿石性质的介绍和流程考查结果的分析,指出了原矿性质不稳定、过磨粒级产率偏高、选矿设备和药剂制度对微细粒矿物回收效果不理想是影响会泽铅锌矿选矿回收率的主要因素,并针对性地提出了科学配矿、稳定入选矿石性质,选择合理的磨矿介质、提高磨矿产品粒度的均匀性,采用细筛代替水力旋流器、提高分级效率,强化对细粒级有用矿物的回收等提高铅锌回收率的措施。

Abstract: Through the introduction of the ore property and the check of the flow-sheet,the main factors affecting the recovery of lead-zinc ores are proposed,including the unstable raw ore's nature,high over-grinding rate,not ideal performance of recovery equipment and pharmaceutical system on the recovery of super fine minerals. And such proposals to increase the recovery of lead-zinc ores are given as: keeping rational ore blending to stabilize the ore nature,selecting reasonable grinding medium to improve the uniformity of the particle size of grinding,adopting fine mesh instead of hydrocyclones to increase the efficiency of classification,increasing the recovery of useful fine minerals.
