利用石煤提钒尾矿制备免烧陶粒

摘要: 以石煤提钒尾矿为制备免烧陶粒的主要硅铝原料,研究了生石灰、水泥、粉煤灰的掺量以及钒尾矿磨矿细度、外加剂的添加对免烧陶粒性能的影响,并对成品陶粒进行了XRD、SEM分析。结果表明,最佳工艺技术条件下生产的成品陶粒各项性能指标均达到国家标准,陶粒制备过程中生成的水化硅酸钙呈片状、簇状交织在一起,对陶粒强度起支撑作用。

Abstract: With stone-coal vanadium tailing as the main Si-Al materials for preparation of burn-free ceramsiper,the influence of the dosage of lime,cement and the fly ash,the grinding fineness of vanadium tailings,and the content of the additive on the property of Burn-free Ceramsite with stone-coal vanadium tailings was studied,and ceramsite products are analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results indicated that the each performance index of the products generated under the optimum technical process can reach the international standard. Tobermorite (CSH) generated in the preparation of ceramsite is intertwined together in flaky or tufted form,which can greatly support the strength of ceramsite.
