摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据矿山实际，侯庄矿自行研究、设计并建造利用压滤尾砂现场二次造浆的胶结充填系统。在经过3次规划和改造后，胶结充填系统不断完善，最终实现了过程的自动化控制。3套胶结充填系统的效益参数对比表明，第3套系统造浆浓度稳定，灰沙比控制准确，充填质量和充填效率大幅度提高，满足了矿山生产需要。

关键词: 二次造浆, 搅拌, 胶结充填, 胶固粉

Abstract: Based on the actual situation，Houzhuang mine itself developed，designed and built the cemented filling system-the filling process with on-site secondary pulping by tailing filtration.After three times planning and renovations，the cemented filling system was constantly improved and eventually realized the automation control of the filling process.Through contrasting 3 sets of effective parameters in cemented filling system，the third system has a stable pulping concentration and accurately-controlled cement-sand ratio，and can greatly increase the filling quality and efficiency.It can meet the needs of production.
