摘要: 针对湖南宝山矿砂页岩复杂破碎难采矿体的开采难题,建立井下废石破碎系统和移动式泵送充填系统,将井下废石就地破碎,碎石加入水泥、黄泥和水,经混合搅拌后,由移动式泵送充填系统加压,管道输送至采场空区充填。研究表明该充填系统具有充填迅速、充填浓度高、费用低、管路短且铺设简单、不受充填倍线影响等优点。

Abstract: Aiming to the difficulty-mined fractured sandshale ore-body of Hunan Baoshan Mine,the underground waste-rock crushing system and the mobile pumping and filling system are established,which can fracture the underground waste rocks in situ and mix them with cement,clay and water.After stirring,the mixed slurries are pumped and filled to stope by the mobile pumping and filling system.The study shows that the filling system has the advantages of higher work efficiency,higher concentration of slurry,lower cost,shorter pipeline and simpler lay-out without the influence of the filling line.
