基于Active X Automation的三维可视开采沉陷预计

3D Visualization Prediction of Mining Subsidence System Based on the Active X Automation

摘要: 为弥补现有开采沉陷预测程序在可视化表达中的缺陷,采用VB和SURFER的Active X Automation技术开发了基于概率积分法的开采沉陷预测分析系统。通过VB语言操纵SURFER内核程序实现开采沉陷的各种移动变形等值线、三维表面图及剖面图制作和数据分析的自动化。以山东某煤矿多工作面、多煤层开采沉陷预计对所建立分析系统进行验证。结果表明,采用VB与SURFER结合用于开采沉陷的预测分析,能够满足工程需要,并且能极大地提高工作效率,减少程序开发的工作量,实现开采沉陷预测分析图件制作的专业化、自动化。

Abstract: In order to make up for the defects of visualization in existing mining subsidence prediction computer program,mining subsidence prediction program based on probability integration method was developed by Active X Automation technology. SURFER kernel functions were operated by VB and then surface movement and deformation contour,3-D surface map,cross section map and auto analysis were realized. Multiple mining workface and multiple coal seam of a coal mine in Shandong were shown to explain the system. The results showed that the system can meet the requirements in working,that is,it can improve mining subsidence prediction and analysis work efficiently,and also reduce the workload of programming. The specialization and automation of the mining subsidence mapping and analysis are realized.
