网路降阻与风机调节相结合管理井下通风系统

摘要: 目前大红山铜矿井下生产范围大,巷道与作业点较多,开拓工程不断向深部延伸,通风系统网路结构、总风阻、风机工况点较初期都发生了变化,导致出现风机运行效率低,通风效果不佳等问题。为此,提出网路降阻与风机调节相结合的方法管理通风系统。在采取相关措施降低整个矿井总风阻的同时,结合总风阻对现有风机工况点进行调节,明显改善了井下的微气候条件,并保证了风机高效经济运行,减少了总装机容量,同时也为矿山企业创造了巨大的经济效益。

Abstract: In the light of huge production area in Dahongshan Copper Mine,more tunneling and working faces,and deeply extending in excavation,the network structure,the total ventilation resistance and fan working status in ventilation system have been changing,resulting in the low efficient fan and poor ventilation. It is proposed that the ventilation system be managed by combining with network dropping resistance and fan adjustment. That is,by taking measures to reduce the total ventilation resistance of the entire mine and combining the total ventilation resistance to adjust the existing fan working status point,the micro-climatic conditions in mine is significantly improved; The efficient and economical operation of the fan is ensured and the total installed capacity is reduced. Meanwhile,huge economic benefits for the mining enterprises are created as well.
