铜陵某铁尾矿中磷的选矿回收试验

摘要: 铜陵某选铁厂弱磁选尾矿主要含磷矿物为磷灰石,对试样进行了化学成分及筛分分析,并对该试样进行了磷的浮选回收研究。结果表明,采用1粗2精、中矿顺序返回流程处理该试样,最终获得了P2O5品位为35.25%,回收率为95.42%的磷精矿。

Abstract: The main phosphorus mineral in tailings of low intensity magnetic separation of a iron mine in Tongling is apatite. After a simple analysis on chemical composition and sieve for the tailing samples, the dosages in its roughing and cleaning concentrations are studied. The results show that phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 35.25% and recovery of 95.42% is obtained by the process of one rouging-two cleanings-middles back to the flow-sheet in order.
