小窑采空区人工充填关键层厚度分析

摘要: 对以前的充填体胶结自立强度理论进行修正,推导了人工充填关键层厚度计算公式,得到较为经济合理的充填关键层厚度,进而在保证工作面正常安全生产的基础上,可以利用分层充填的方式对节约成本产生积极作用,同时也为实现小窑开采破坏区域煤炭资源的回收提供了有效途径。

关键词: 胶结充填, 分层, 关键层, 自立强度

Abstract: The cementation self-reliance strength theory of previous filling is modified and the calculation formula for artificial key filling layer's thickness is derived to get more economic and reasonable the key filling thickness.Based on making sure the production safety in working faces,the slicing and filling can has a positive effect on costs saving.Meanwhile,it can also provide an effective way for realizing the recovery of coal resources from the damaged area of small pits.
