超前小导管注浆对软岩隧道稳定性的影响

摘要: 针对某圆形隧道工程,用FLAC3D有限差分软件对隧道施工中是否施做超前小导管注浆预加固围岩进行了数值模拟计算,得到2种情况下的软弱围岩位移场和塑性区分布情况。研究结果表明,施做超前小导管注浆预加固围岩对控制隧道围岩变形有较好的效果,在此隧道使用超前小导管注浆是安全的,为软弱围岩隧道工程安全施工提供了依据。

Abstract: Taking a certain circular tunnel as an engineering example,the numerical simulations on the surrounding rock pre-reinforcing with and without advanced leading conduit grouting during tunnel construction are carried out by FLAC3D,and the distributions of displacement field and plastic zone of soft rocks in these two cases are obtained.The results show that the tunnel deformation is effectively contro#ed by adopting the advanced leading conduit grouting.It is safe to perform the advanced leading conduit grouting in this tunnel,which offers reference to the safe construction of soft rock tunnel.
