冬瓜山铜矿隔离矿柱开采方法及稳定性分析

摘要: 叙述了冬瓜山铜矿采用大直径深孔嗣后充填开采法进行多个采场同时开采,嗣后一次全尾胶结填充采空区的做法;同时通过数值计算软件模拟3种采场结构参数,分析采场的稳定性。计算结果表明:当采场长度越长,采场宽度越大时,围岩里面的最大主应力越大;当采场宽是14 m,长是28 m,永久矿柱厚度是4 m时,采场塑性区范围最小;此组参数被定为隔离矿柱的最终采场结构参数,实现了隔离矿柱的安全高效开采。

Abstract: In Dongguashan copper mine,the large diameter deep hole mining method with subsequent backfilling is adopted,and many stopes are working at the same time,and gob is filled with the full tailings cementing once. Then,the numerical calculation software is used to simulate the three kinds of stope structural parameters to analyze the stope stability. The calculation results show that the longer the stope length and width are,the larger the maximum principal stress inside the surrounding rock is. When the stope width is 14 m,the length is 28 m,and permanent pillar thickness is 4 m,the stope plastic area is minimum,which is determined as the final stope structural parameter of the barrier pillar to realize its safe and efficient mining.
