诱导冒落法处理时采空区散体垫层的安全厚度

Research of Dispersions Bedding′s Safety Thickness in Processing Deposits with Induced Caving

摘要: 采用诱导冒落方法处理采空区是一种新型的采空区处理方法。但该方法需要用散体垫层隔离回采工作面与采空区的空间联系,防止冲击气浪危害。通过总结应用散体垫层防止冲击气浪危害的矿山成功经验,得出散体垫层最小厚度的计算公式。根据书记沟铁矿2#井田4个中型采空区的实际情况,利用所总结的确定散体垫层厚度的经验公式对4个采空区所需散体垫层厚度分别进行计算,并有针对性地提出了防治气浪冲击危害的具体技术措施。方案实施效果充分证明了所给出的散体垫层厚度及相应技术措施是有效的。

Abstract: Reduced caving technology was a new method to treat the mined-out area. In this method,the dispersions bedding was used to separate the space connection between the working face and the mined-out area to prevent from the injury of impact air waves. Through summarizing the successful experience of preventing the injury of impact air waves with dispersions bedding,the formula to count the minimum thickness of the dispersions bedding was obtained. The dispersions beddings′ thickness of four deposits in Shujigou iron mine were calculated through the formula obtained above according to the actual situation of four medium mined-out areas at field No.2 and the specific technical measures were proposed to prevent the injury of impact air waves. The minimum thickness of dispersions bedding and the technical measures were proved effective through the implementation of the program.
