极软弱地层中开切眼导硐合理支护技术

摘要: 针对蒙东地区极软弱岩层胶结性差、开切眼变形较大、巷道成型困难、巷道支护难度较大的现状,通过FLAC3D数值计算,进行了极软弱岩层中工作面开切眼导硐支护方案的探讨,确立了锚网索和型钢支架刚柔联合支护的方案和合理支护参数。通过理论计算和ANSYS数值计算,验算了型钢支架的承载能力与合理性,保证了极软弱地层中开切眼导硐围岩与支护结构的稳定及安全。通过现场监测,验证了支护方案与参数的合理性,对蒙东地区开切眼导硐支护实践具有借鉴意义。

Abstract: According to the status of the very soft layer in east inner mongolia such as poor cementation,large deformation of open-off cut,poor molding of roadway and great difficulty in roadway support,the reasonable supporting techniques of open-off cut pilot tunnel in the very soft layer are discussed by the numerical calculation of FLAC3D. Based on these,the paper proposes the combining support scheme of anchor rope and shape steel bracket and the reasonable parameters. And based on theoretical calculation and the numerical calculation of ANSYS,the bearing capacity of shape steel bracket and its reasonability are proved to guarantee the stability and safety of the surrounding rock and supporting structure in the very soft layer. The supporting scheme and parameters are verified to be reasonable by field monitoring,thus providing a reference for supporting techniques of open-off cut pilot tunnel in the very soft layer of the east inner mongolia.
