某金矿石选矿试验

摘要: 某蚀变碎裂岩型金矿石中金以裸露金和半裸露金为主。对该矿石进行了浮选试验研究,结果表明,该矿石在磨矿细度为-200目占65%的情况下,以丁铵黑药+丁基黄药为组合捕收剂,采用1粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,最终获得了金品位为72.19 g/t、银品位为67.64 g/t、金回收率为96.00%、银回收率为72.07%的金精矿。

Abstract: Gold element of an altered cataclastic rock type gold ore mainly exists in form of naked or semi-naked gold. The tests are carried out to study the appropriate technical parameters for flotation of the ore. The results show that under the grinding fineness of -200 mesh 65%, and with the combining collector of ammonium dibuyldithiophosphate+butyl xanthate, final gold concentrate with Au and Ag grade of 72.19 g/t and 67.64 g/t, Au and Ag recovery of 96.00% and 72.07% was achieved respectively by the process of one roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging-middles back to the flow-sheet in turn.
