新疆某混合铜矿石选矿试验

摘要: 新疆某铜矿石铜品位为1.45%,属于氧化-硫化混合型铜矿石。对该矿石进行了磨选工艺技术条件研究。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-200目占65%情况下,经硫化钠硫化,采用1粗3精2扫、中矿顺序返回流程处理,可获得铜品位为24.98%、回收率为83.58%的铜精矿。

Abstract: A copper ore in Xinjiang belongs to the oxidized-sulfide mixed copper ore with Cu grade of 1.45%. Technical conditions for grinding and concentration on the ore are studied. The results showed that under grinding fineness of -200 mesh 65% and with the use of sodium sulfide, copper concentrate with Cu grade of 24.98% and recovery of 83.58% were achieved by the process of one roughing, three cleanings, two scavengings and middles back to the flow-sheet in order.
