石膏掺量和钙硅比对金尾矿加气混凝土性能的影响

摘要: 以山东招远金矿的金尾矿为主要原料,研究了加气混凝土制品的强度和容重受石膏掺量和体系钙硅比的影响,并对加气混凝土制品进行了XRD和SEM分析。结果表明,石膏可以调节加气混凝土的凝结时间、提高坯体前期强度,但对制品的绝干强度影响不显著,其适宜的掺量为尾矿、水泥、石灰、石膏总质量的3%;托贝莫来石结晶的程度和数量决定了加气混凝土制品的强度,其结晶的程度和数量又受原料钙硅比的影响,试验确定的适宜钙硅比为0.7。

Abstract: With the gold tailings of Shandong Zhaoyuan Gold Mine as the main raw materials,the effects of proportion of gypsum and C/S ratio of the system on the strength and bulk density of the autoclaved aerated concrete are investigated. And the products are characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that gypsum can adjust the setting time of the aerated concrete,improve the early strength of the bodyware,but no significant impact on the dry strength of the products. The appropriate mixing amount of gypsum is 3% of the total mass of the tailings,cement,lime and gypsum. Tobermorite's crystals and dosage determines the strength of aerated concrete products,but is affected by the calcium-silicon ratio of the raw materials. The appropriate calcium-silicon ratio in testing is 0.7.
